I’ll admit I was skeptical at first about what Fermented Beet Juice would taste like, but because it has so many health benefits, I had to give it a try. 

I’m a 56-year-old female always looking for healthy options and alternatives from medicines and artificial sports drinks. When I first tried this beet juice I expected a vinegar-like taste but, in fact, it has a very mild flavor with a refreshing hint of lemon and a slightly earthy aftertaste that doesn’t linger.  Not at all medicinal tasting for having such a range of health benefits.  It is a bit of an acquired taste because it is not a sugary artificially flavored drink, but it doesn’t take long to get used to it. It does make your tongue turn purple, but unlike those candies we used to eat when we were younger with artificial dyes that left our tongues different colors for hours, it lasts only a very short time because of the natural dyes. So don’t drink beet juice 5 minutes before you do a closing summation in a court case, maybe about 15 minutes. 

I usually drink half a bottle in the morning and a half at about noon. As to the energy benefits of Fermented Super Beets, I sometimes take a muscle relaxant to help with a back problem I have. The medicine helps me sleep great and my back feels better in the morning, however, the medicine leaves me feeling foggy-brained and heavy-eyed. But I noticed after drinking this beet juice my fuzzy headedness cleared and my eyes open up nicely and I’m ready to start the day. Also, after drinking my fermented beet juice, when I go to exercise I notice my stamina improves with less effort to complete my workout. It’s not like a caffeinated jittery energy drink-induced kind of buzz that leaves me with an energy crash afterward. My fermented beet juice gives me a gradual subtle more natural feeling of improvement in my energy level and alertness. I don’t know the biological process behind why this is, only I imagine it has something to do with how the elements in beet juice open up the blood vessels and gets the blood and oxygen moving to all parts of the body. I guess I’ll have to do some research to learn more, and I do see that the Fermented Super Beet website now has many links to find out more info. I’m excited to check it out when I have time. I definitely recommend Fermented Super Beets and I’ve got my 60-year-old husband to start receiving those benefits too!
